1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nordlytics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nordlytics is a marketing analytics and reporting service that allows users to:
- Connect advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
- Aggregate and visualize marketing performance data
- Generate branded reports for clients
- Set up automated reporting and budget alerts
- Collaborate with team members within a workspace
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 21-day free trial. Each user is entitled to one free trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
4.3 Plan Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time, with prorated charges applied. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If downgrading would exceed the limits of your new plan, you must reduce usage before the change takes effect.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to read-only access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Upload malicious code or content
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nordlytics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from third-party advertising platforms. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any reports generated by the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordlytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
