Getting Started

To create your first client:

  1. Go to Clients in the main navigation
  2. Click the "Add Client" button
  3. Enter the client's company name and details
  4. Add at least one brand for the client
  5. Click "Save" to create the client

Clients are the companies you manage (e.g., Ford, Nike). Each client can have multiple Brands.

Brands are specific product lines or divisions within a client (e.g., Ford F-150, Ford Mustang). Data sources (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) are connected at the brand level.

To invite team members:

  1. Go to Workspace > Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Member, Admin)
  5. They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace

Data Sources

Currently supported platforms:

  • Google Ads - Ad campaigns, spend, conversions
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) - Ad campaigns, spend, conversions
  • Google Analytics 4 - Website traffic, sessions, engagement

Data is automatically synced every hour. You can see the last sync time in the footer of every page.

Historical data is synced for the past 30 days when you first connect a platform.

If a platform shows as "Disconnected" or has an error:

  1. Go to the Client/Brand page
  2. Find the disconnected platform connection
  3. Click "Reconnect"
  4. Re-authorize access with your platform credentials

Billing & Plans

Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

After the trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the platform. Your data is preserved during the trial period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe):

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from Workspace > Billing.

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
